Part of a three-bottle series celebrating the home county of The English Whisky Co, - Parched, Farmers (made from 8 different grains) and 'Malt & Rye' (using a mixture of Barley & Rye)

This single-grain whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks and has notes of fresh toffee popcorn, citrus and spice.

It was also awarded European Whisky of the Year in Jim Murray’s 2018 Whisky Bible.

Sweet buttered toffee popcorn with vanilla. Fresh peaches, grapefruit and lemon rind. Also light notes of aniseed, cloves and cinnamon spice.

Rich, creamy palate. Sweet, spicy and dry. The popcorn comes through as does the vanilla. Also, brandy snap biscuits with a slight nutty character.
