The Distillary - in Ballindalloch, Banffshire, takes its water source from Springs on Ben Rinnes and with the biggest stills in Speyside, produces over 4 million litres per year!
The 15 yo is a rich and sherried malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour.
Other bottlings include 10yo, 12yo, 21yo, 25yo and 30yo - yum yum!
Nose - intense, powerful Pedro Ximinez style sherry, with a touch of peppermint.
