There's a Leave Feedback link in the footer of all pages of a Voice website. It offers visitors the chance to provide written feedback about any aspect of the site. Once they have completed the form the information is sent to the administrators of the Voice website in an email.

Feedback can be categorised as General comment, a Report of offensive material, Incorrect information, Error, or Other.

All types of feedback are emailed to the administrator of the website, and feedback that is of type Report offensive material will also be sent to the Voice administrators.

Spam

Sometimes spammers fill in this form, so as a site administrator you may occasionally receive some annoying junk mail. There are some anti-spam measures built in for anonymous users:

• URLs are not allowed in the message (since most spam is trying to make you go to a website).
• Limitations on the min/max number of words for subject and message.
• A full name must be provided.
• There's a CAPTCHA which users must tick to confirm that they're a human, which in some cases will ask them to identify some images.
  

Note that logged in users can send feedback without these restrictions and without completing the CAPTCHA.

Removing the Feedback Form

If you don't want a Feedback form on your site, you can remove it from the admin pages by going to the Look & Feel tab, then the Display Options subtab, and turning it off.
