Thorrington Parish Council

Following a meeting the minutes are issued by the Clerk in draft format, at the next meeting they are examined by the Council, altered if required and accepted as an accurate record.

Official minutes of the Parish Council go back to the beginning of their meetings being held.  They are a matter of public record and are available to be viewed where they are held.  For minutes from 2006 to the current year please contact the Clerk, viewing for records that we do not currently have digitalised is by appointment only.  Minutes from before 2006 are held by Essex Records Office and can be viewed there.
