Derek et al were first on the ice yesterday with a game against Sauchie & Bannockburn losing 3 ends to 5 although I understand that it was a flooky last shot by the opposition that swung a certain win in the last end to a loss for us. Been there myself before!
This evening Alan L with Jackie, Laura and myself won our game against Falkirk CC 5 ends to 2 (11 to 4 on shots) — a great game.
So on aggregate 8 ends but certainly not sufficient to win the trophy which I think went to Sauchie & Bannockburn who aggregated 11 ends — 7 of which they amassed this evening against Dollar Ladies — ouch!
So no Province Trophies again this year!! More training needed guys!!
