THE MANSION:  Stuart reported that he had not contacted the Mansion.   It was agreed that Diana would do so.

COMMUNAL GARDENING:  Stuart gave a detailed report on his meetings with the new gardening company – John O’Connor.   It was accepted that here were staffing problems at the start of the contract due to the short notice given by ERMC.   It was agreed that the problems revolved around missing one grass cut, not collecting, and disposing of the grass cuttings etc. and the gardeners not knowing the area.   Adding to the problems were the fact that ERMC had not carried out a handover, they were insisting that the gardeners took too many photos as they are trying to work, and that the works on the Balancing Ponds had been added to the contract.   It was agreed to keep the effective communication going and monitor the Winter Work.   Stuart would also liaise with ERMC to obtain a full list of residents who did not want work carried out on their front gardens.

FORMATION OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Allan reported on his meeting with John Byrom of Homes England plus details of an email he had received from HCC.   A confidential conversation then ensued.

DOGS OFF LEAD ON THE ESTATE:  Allam reported that he had been told it was very difficult to enforce any rules regarding keeping dogs on leads.  It was agreed to investigate the use of signs.
