Welcome to the Coldeast Drive Residents' Association (CDRA) Website.
This site is designed to keep all our friends and neighbours up to date on what is happening in our community and to point you in the right direction for official and helpful contacts.
One of our main purposes is to monitor how the Managing Agents (ERMC) are performing and feeding back to the residents. We also listen to residents' views and comments and let ERMC know about the residents' needs.
The more of our neighbours who join the CDRA, the stronger we will become.
If you are a resident in the Coldeast area, please register on here. The Committee will then know that they represent your views in discussions with ERMC and others. We will keep you updated via this site, on what we are doing on your behalf and, more importantly, we can highlight any problems that need to be addressed.
