NOTES OF A ZOOM MEETING HELD ON 10TH JANUARY 2022
PRESENT: DIANA HINDLE, STUART KIMBER, AND ALLAN DUNCAN
COMMUNAL GARDENING: It was agreed that Stuart would continue to chase Glenn for a positive response to hie email dated 20th December. However, the main focus will be on the documents for tendering for the gardening contract and the results of the survey which ERMC said they recently undertook.
ACTION BY: Stuart to chase Glenn and Allan to email ERMC re the tender and the survey results.
MAINTENANCE OF COLDEAST DRIVE: Allan agreed to chase Glenn to find out why no actions have been taken to carry out his promise to quote for ERMC to undertake the work.

SOCIAL: Diana would contact Dan at Coldeast Manor to arrange for a meeting to discuss the details and costs of holding the AGM and Social Events there.

ERMC COMMUNICATION: The Zoom Meeting next Monday would give us a good indication of how communication with and from ERMC would develop this year. Allan would register a strong complaint with the relevant Director about Glenn’s continual lack of response

CDRA WEBSITE/MEMBERSHIP: Diana reported that the website is now ready for ‘launch’ and that she had proven the email address was working. It was agreed that Allan would draft some wording for a FB Post on the Admirals Wood site for approval by Diana and Stuart – one of whom would post it.
Diana will arrange for the printing of the cards to be handed out to promote Membership via the website.

NEXT MEETING: It was suggested that the next meeting should be held on Monday 17th January - following the Zoom Meeting with ERMC. at 1530. A full Meeting will be held on 11th February – time and venue to be finalised. Allan to check on the availability of potential new members
