MINUTES OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF
COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
HELD AT COLDEAST MANSION ON
MONDAY 16TH MAY 2022 AT 7.30 P.M.
Welcome: The Chair welcomed all residents and gave a special welcome to our two invited guests from the AW1 Committee.
Introduction of Committee Members: The Chair introduced the current Committee members: Tony Amber, Diana Hindle, Stuart Kimber, Tom Middleditch, Sue Clifford and himself – Allan Duncan. He expressed his thanks to all Committee Members for their hard work during the past years and explained that the delay in calling this meeting was due to Covid restrictions.
Forming of new RA Committee: As per the Constitution, the existing members of the RA Committee resigned and were re-elected unanimously. Applications to join the Committee were received from Michaela Ward, who was elected unanimously. The Chair stated that he hoped that at least one representative from Nightingales would join in the near future.
Closure of Meeting: The Meeting was closed shortly after the Formation of the new Committee.
