MINUTES OF A COMMITTEE MEETING OF COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
HELD ON FRIDAY 1ST APRIL 2022 AT 44 ROTHSCHILD DRIVE AT 3 P.M.
PRESENT: Allan Duncan (Chair), Diana Hindle, Tony Amber and Stuart Kimber

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: The Notes of the TEAM Meeting with Laura of ERMC were discussed, as detailed below.
GARDENING TENDER: Allan had received detail of the companies who ERMC said had been contact ted for tendering, three of whom she said had not responded. Stuart would contact the companies to get more information, Allan said he would also put a post of the Admirals Wood FB asking for recommendations.
COMMUNAL GARDENING: ERMC had confirmed that the hedge at 1 Rothschild would be cut to the specified height when the Rangers attend again (which should be w/c 4th April. The Committee did not accept the excuse and photos provided by ERMC regarding the amount of cuttings left after their last visit – Allan had already passed this on to ERMC.
REPLANTING PROGRAMME: Allan would contact ERMC to remind them that the replacement of the tree outside 44 Rothschild had been agreed many months ago by Glenn.
SERVICE CHARGE ARREARS: Allan would continue to chase ERMC to get updates on the Service Charge arrears situation. He would also challenge that statement made by Laura that neither he nor Ian are shadow directors of the Management Company.
SOCIAL: Having been let down on a number of times by Dan from The Mansion, Diana stated that she did not feel that they could be relied upon to collaborate with us on social events; although she was promised that he would contact her again shortly. It was agreed to hold the AGM at the Sarisbury Green Social Club on 16th May and to hold the ‘Garden Fete’ on the main green on 4th June.
CDRA WEBSITE/MEMBERSHIP: Allan is to provide a ‘Plan to promote the CDRA’ for approval by the Committee.
AGM: Diana would be contacting the Social Club to confirm the date and time, hopefully for 16th May.
NEXT MEETING: It was agreed to hold the next Committee Meeting on Friday 22nd April at 54 Rothschild commencing 3 p.m.
