East Hale Allotments is situated by the River Lee in the Tottenham Hale area and owned by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. Some of the management is carried out by the East Hale Allotments Association Committee, formed by volunteers who give their time and energy freely so that all plot holders can enjoy their time at the site.

Field Lane Allotments is situated on Field Lane Avaston Derby. It is a private allotment site of about 6 acres owned by the Church of England. We have approximately 100 plots, mostly full plots but we also have some smaller starter plots. We have a small shop which buys in bulk and sells to plothholders and associate members.

Haddenham Mummers perform the traditional village mummers play in and around Haddenham, Bucks in the weeks just before Christmas every year. Excepting a tiny amount to cover public liability insurance etc, all the money collected is distributed to local charities and good causes, £2850 in the last (2019) season.

The Society was founded in 1971 to promote interest in the history of Killingworth village and its surroundings.
