Formed over 70 years ago with a history stretching back to the Home Guard, Epsom Rifle Club meets on each Tuesday and Thursday evening to shoot .22 prone rifle.

Guest nights for those interested in shooting with Epsom RC are arranged throughout the year (subject to demand) and there are two coaching sessions per month open to both Probationers and existing members alike, for advice and guidance.

Our facilities include an indoor heated 25-yard range with eight firing points, allowing shooting to be carried out whatever the season. We have club competitions and club members also participate in County (SCSBRA) and National (NSRA) level competitions and there are a few fullbore events held at other ranges throughout the year since the club became a listed fullbore club under NRA affiliation in 2016.

Our Guest night fee is £15 (£10 per head for youth groups by pre-arrangment), which provides a safety briefing and an introduction into what we do, with full coaching support.  The Club has enough equipment and a reasonable number of rifles to get you started, so there is no immediate outlay for equipment required, though we do encourage personal equipment purchases (sling, glove, jacket, spotting telescope, etc.) as a shooter's skills progress.

There is a six month probationary period for new joiners which costs £100, and thereafter fees are £130 per year for adults, £65 a year for juniors and students (those under 18 or up to 23 if in full time education/apprenticeship) or £195 for family membership for relatives living at the same address. Membership is also discounted for those over 70. Ammunition is available for purchase at various price points, for use on the premises or elsewhere for those who hold an FAC listing the .22LR calibre.

Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES when attending the range.

Please note: The Club's facilities do not readily support the use of air rifles and standing shooting is not possible at all.
