This is a standard CMS page using a Filtered Item List includelet to display the sub-items of the page in a list.
The sub-items are of type Redirect. The Title is the name of the site, Subtitle is the brief description, and Redirect URL is the target site. Each one has a Related Image for the screenshot.
The Filtered Item List is configured to show Title and Subtitle, Related Image, and Content Categories.
Content Categories have been enabled for this site, and categories set up for Features, Theme, and Applications.
In the left columm there's a Filtered Item List Categories includelet doing the filtering.
