A survey of all residents undertaken as part of the Parish Plan in 2011 identified an annual celebratory event as something the village wanted and would support. We are a community friendship group based in Stockport. Members generally come from the north of the town. The group was set up to help bring together people who want to meet people with similar interests or try something new. No membership fees, two optional weekly meetings: Coffee Catch-up & Thursday's Evening Meetup and numerous group activities.
