Briar Road allotments in Twickenham are close to the river Crane and Kneller Gardens. The Briar Road Allotments Holders Association committee meets once a month and organises charity events that raise money for the maintenance of our communal hut and projects that benefit the plot holders.

We also help residents with any day to day tasks, requests or heavy loads etc. We have an excellent team of gardeners who help to keep the grounds looking it’s best for all our residents and visitors to enjoy.
BSCA is a friendly badminton club, based in Barnet, that enjoys playing social & competitive badminton throughout the year. BSCA fields teams in the Enfield,and South West Herts leagues. Feather shuttles are used for both Club and Match nights.
The Community Centre offers a letting service at reasonable rates with many discounts, some up to 45%. The Centre has two halls, a main hall and a smaller hall, which can be hired separate or both together. There is also a full catering kitchen.
A friendly walking group of approximately 60 members. We walk every other weekend on alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Our walks average between 8 and 10 miles, local and in the Cotswolds, Chilterns and the unique countryside of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. We also have a monthly mid-week walk between 5 and 6 miles, finishing at a Public House for lunch.

The Buckinghamshire County Chess Association governs the affiliated Buckinghamshire Chess Clubs, the Bucks League and Bucks Individual competitions.
