Over 70,000 plastic bags will be stopped from entering the environment thanks to pledges on the launch day of this new "Break the Bag Habit" campaign. By pledging to refuse single-use bags at English supermarkets from today onwards you will personally reduce bag use by 197 bags, long before the 5p bag charge is introduced on 1st October 2015!
