The SBPRA is a voluntary group that represents all members interests, rights and wellbeing by working with the Park Developer. We aim to build a strong caring community. This platform will be used to promote honest and accurate opinions from all viewpoints. It will be a source of information on Park events and updates on meetings with the Developer.

The Wickham Institute in Binsted, is a Grade II listed building and is one of the oldest surviving village halls in the South East of England. It is fully voluntarily run and provides an ideal hire facility for children parties, wakes, weddings and business meetings.
