PUBLIC MEETING ORGANISED BY TILSTOCK RESIDENTS AT 6PM ON SUNDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2024 AT TILSTOCK VILLAGE HALL
Drop in sessions for anyone struggling to access documentation on Monday 18th November (12-6pm); Wednesday 20th November (6-9pm) and Sunday 24th November (10am-midday) all sessions at Tilstock Village Hall
The 2.4ha site is located outside the border of Tilstock. It is currently used as agricultural / grazing land. We are awaiting addition of the documentation to the Shropshire Council planning portal but we understand it will be an application for 70 dwellings (and there is no longer reference to a care home facility). We understand they are going for a full planning application.
The scheme propose a range of homes with a policy compliant 10% of the homes being designated as affordable housing. A biodiversity net gain is intended to be agreed through an off-site contribution.
This website and associated Facebook Group has been set-up for those who want to be kept updated on future plans. Information will be issued as and when available.
