Historic Minutes
To protect these valuable historic documents, the original signed minutes are on permanent loan to Essex Record Office "ERO".
To support the work of the ERO, the Parish Council is a member of The Friends of Historic Essex for an annual fee of £12.
There is no requirement to retain documents online indefinitely. As a guide, the Information Commissioners Office "ICO" recommends that records of decisions should be made available for the current and three previous financial years.
Copies of previous minutes not on this website or at the ERO may be available from the Parish Clerk (charges may apply).
