April and May 2015 the Neighbourhood Plan Committee commissioned a camera traffic survey for the Milford and Thursley Roads. to fully establish the extent of speeding in the village. The 2010 Speed Watch scheme had shown a considerable problem and the situation had not changed since then. As expected the survey showed that the area most at risk is the Milford Road east of the pedestrian crossing, with a lower frequency of offences in other areas.
