Pendle Ladies' Choir (formerly Nelson Civic Ladies Choir) is a group of around 50 ladies from around the Pendle area of Lancashire who love to sing! We are a community gardening group that aims to promote interest and good practise amongst local gardeners. We have monthly meetings with a speaker on a gardening related topic and organise visits to gardens during the summer. We also raise funds for local charities through plant sales and by running a community coffee bar on two weeks each year.
We are an independent, non-profit walking group based in Plymouth, Devon. We have about 70 members. We produce a six-monthly walks programme with fortnightly walks throughout South Devon and Cornwall. We are affiliated with, but not part of, the Ramblers Association. We also offer a full programme of social events.
