Afyah Centre’s mission is to empower women through supporting them to develop, enhance and improve their skills through training and mentoring. Afyah Centre Support BAME grassroots women establish, incubate and run microbusiness from home. Afyah Centre’s vision is one of seeing BAME women to become self-sufficient through entrepreneurship, creating change, being creative and innovating.

The Alma Singers consists of ladies from villages around Great Barford, founded by Alma Tebbutt in 2010. We continue to change and develop our music, and perform many concerts, singing a variety of popular folk songs, Christmas music and songs from musicals. No previous experience needed; you don't need to read music. Come along and meet new friends and old!

We provide educational, accessible, and sensory-based workshops to vulnerable adults and children who have limited access to culture, heritage, arts and crafts with particular focus on those displaced by conflicts and those with learning and communication difficulties. We organise exhibitions and community participation textile projects for people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities to promote inclusion and cultural integration.

Creative Croydon CIC is a not for profit community arts organisation with a particular interest in participatory music. Our often micro-local reflective practices often connect with land and environment, and with issues of social justice and equity for all. We also work with menopause diversity. We work in and around South London and sometimes further afield by invitation or commission.

We support members from BME communities mainly from those from Somali Background, who are disadvantaged, low- incomme families, elders, disabled or live in most deprived areas of London particularly from North Kensignton in RBKC.

East Hanningfield Village Hall and Playing Fields are managed by Hanna's Field Charity, (Registered Charity No. 286877). The Charity holds the land called Hanna's Field, including the village hall built thereon, in trust for the use of the inhabitants of East Hanningfield. The Charity provides sports, educational, recreation facilities and premises for the local Post Office/Shop to serve the community.

Portcullis Trust is an independent educational charity (Reg: 281564) that raises funds to help individuals in need studying at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College. It has been supported by many celebrities including Vince Cable, David Aaronovitch and Peter Snow who have held talks and donated time to raise money for a bursary that supports disadvantaged individuals to access learning.

Our mission is to provide culturally sensitive support and resources to African and Caribbean families affected by domestic abuse, trauma and gender-based violence, empowering them to break the cycle of violence, heal, and build safe, thriving communities.

Time 2 R.I.S.E supports women who have experienced domestic abuse. Our R.I.S.E program offers support, advice, and an online course called The R.I.S.E Experience. This course provides practical skills and coaching to help women regain control of their lives and achieve independence and empowerment.
