The Portcullis Trust is an independent educational charity (Reg: 281564), founded in 1980, that raises funds to help individuals in need who are studying at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College. It is supported by many celebrities including Vince Cable, David Aaronovitch and Peter Snow who have held talks and donated their time freely to raise money for a bursary that supports disadvantaged individuals with access to learning.
