Questions it couldn't answer:

Q: "I'd like to make certain files in the 'assets library' available to all website visitors. Is there an application or includelet that can do this?" (I don't know the answer to this, it is a thing I'd like to do some time in the future but haven't looked into yet, so I am not sure if there is an available answer in the docs!)

Q: "What DNS server is the site using? I see the new A record for my custom domain fine on the Cloudflare and Google ones but it seems not to be picked up on your site yet." (very reasonable for it not to know, I'd rummaged through the available help pages and some forum threads already without figuring out any details)

This seems like a pretty useful answer to me. As far as I can tell you can not add a specific class to images that have been added through the WSYIWYG editor, and should instead add any formatting to them inline by right clicking on them and selecting "Advanced" on the image menu. I think it's reasonable to assume that the instructions about custom CSS are meant to apply to the previous paragraph about content blocks, though.
