Hi Joe,

I now have two email addresses that my site https://e-voice.org.uk/bulmeroilgrp/ says already exist, but are not showing in my list of members. I can supply the two email addresses directly to you if you need them.

This probably means they're members of Voice but not of your site. (e.g., they are a member of a different site, or just created an account without joining any sites)

In this case, all they need to do is to log in with their account, and click the Request membership of this site option in the popdown globelike menu top right of your site.
