Hi Joe,

I now have 3 members who are unable to register to the site as their email address already exists, but I do not see them in the list of members. You assistance would be appreciated.

This probably means they're members of Voice but not of your site. (e.g., they are a member of a different site, or just created an account without joining any sites)

In this case, all they need to do is to log in with their account, and click the Request membership of this site option in the popdown globelike menu top right of your site.
