1: New user problem

I've just started to use e-voice and successfully created a couple of pages a few days ago. I now want to continue to create the site but when I login I don't see any way of getting into edit mode. I am the administrator (and only user) of the site. What am I doing wrong?

I see "Edit this page" or "Manage website" at the bottom of my screen after logging in. Another way of getting to them is the horizontal lines next to house icon towards the top of the screen. Click on that and scroll down to "Admin" and they are under that.
