This Trust was established in March 2000.
The objectives are to raise and hold funds and to make grants out of these funds for the preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement, beautification, extension (including new separate buildings) and reconstruction of Great Waltham and Ford Churches and of the monuments, fittings, fixtures, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in these Churches and of the churchyards belonging to the Churches.
The Trust meets from time to time, and everyone is welcome to attend and take part in the Trust’s Annual General meeting

2026 Annual General Meeting
Chair’s 2025/26 Annual Report
Since the last AGM there have been several personnel changes. In January the Chair Alan Baker stood down, while Secretary Alison Creighton stood down with effect of the end of the AGM. Both Alan and Alison have given several years’ service to the Trust and I wish to place on record the Trust’s thanks to them for their efforts.
At the last Trust meeting, in July, I and Helen Willis were appointed as Trustees: I was then elected Chairman and Helen was elected Secretary. My report here places on record thanks to Gordon Neilson and Michael Proctor who have moved things forward over a period of several months before these appointments.
I can report too that our Independent (honorary) Examiner of some 15 years, Jon Tredwell has decided that 2025/26 was his last examination of the Trust’s finances and I place on record here our thanks for this lengthy contribution to the work of the Trust.
Later in the meeting the Treasurer will report on the last financial year, the Examined Accounts for the period ending 31st March 2026 having been approved by trustees at our meeting in July. He will also give details of a subsequent grant from funds agreed by trustees before my appointment. The current financial position is very satisfactory.
The trust currently has around 50 Life Members. There is currently no active Members’ Fund-raising Committee and there were no fund-raising activities undertaken in the period covered by this report.
