The purpose of Ford Village Hall Committee:

The care and maintenance of the Ford Village Hall.
To act as a leadership group in the consultation for and creation of Ford Community Action Plans.
To manage and lead the implementation of the CAP.
To manage fund raising activities to support the Village Hall upkeep and CAP.
To plan and deliver social events to encourage social participation.To provide an interface between the residents of the village and local governance,businesses, charities and partners.
To publicize the work of the committee and associated activity.
To manage and improve community green spaces.
To provide opportunities to tackle inequality of access to services, loneliness and isolation and ensure that all members of the Ford community can engage in local decision making
