The village hall car park is private. However having said that the village hall committee is open to requests from local residents to use it in times of specific need. For example if your vehicle has broken down or you need somewhere to park temporarily.
All we ask is that you gain permission from the chairman first before parking. This is so we are clear who the vehicle belongs to, the reason for the vehicle being parked there and the duration of its stay.
The answer will usually be yes and there will be no charge. ( Donations always welcome). However there maybe times when there is an event at the hall when parking is at a premium that we may have to say no or ask you to move your vehicle for those hours when the hall is in use.
