Timeline of the Gala Day:
1.30pm-1.45pm: meet on the Village Green to accompany the Mid Argyll Pipe Band and Imperial Troopers in a march to the village hall.
1.45pm - 2pm: march to the village hall.
2pm: official opening of the Hall after its phase 1 renovations - ribbon cutting ceremony. Pipe band will continue to play. Imperial troopers available for photographs.
2pm onwards: inside the hall free afternoon teas, come in and see the results of the hard work and funding on the hall. Find a seat and enjoy the free refreshments sponsored by Statkraft.
wander around the hall and outside, find out what social events are planned, what clubs and groups are available to you, sign up to become a Friend of the Hall (£10), involve yourself in games and fun.

children's art competition on the theme of "What I love about Ford."
3pm: hear a performance from the Forget-Me-Not choir.
visit the Kilmartin Gin tent, try out a board/card game, shop at the craft stalls.
check out the progress on the community action plan.
4pm - 4.30pm: join in the Village Duck Race.
4.30pm: CLOSE of afternoon events.

7pm: Hall reopens for evening events. Rolling Pizza will be serving subsidised slices of pizza. Hot Dogs also available.
BYOB, and licenced bar - "The Pickled Squirrel": selling wine, beers, lagers and ready mixed spirits.
Raffle and competitions.
8.30pm: The Static - our live band for the evening start their first set of rock covers. Food stops.
9.15pm: Break in music. Bonfire outside is lit (weather dependent).
9.30pm: The Static return for their second set.
10.15pm: Live music ends, DISCO and bonfire continues till late.
