After reading a sad post , where a neighbour is hungry and looking for food, it has prompted me to compile this post, which may benefit others.

Here are a few ways, whereby you no longer need to go hungry, whether you got a roof over your head or are homeless.

If you follow this simple advice, you will never go hungry again

Ask local community

If they have any odd jobs they need doing, in return for some food, jobs could be as simple as washing windows or pulling weeds or a general garden tidy up, to name but a few
See if a neighbour would let you grow food in their garden whereby you share the fresh produce and you help keep the garden clean and tidy
Learn to forage food in and around you local areas, you will be suprised how much food nature provides, see https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/visiting-woods/things-to-do/foraging/ to help get you started
Use apps/sites like Olio https://olioapp.com/en/ and https://www.toogoodtogo.com/en-gb to help save food from going to waste, Olio is free, whereby TGTG is a third of the cost of food in stores
Search for all local foodbanks in and around your area, see our page  https://e-voice.org.uk/non-profit-solutions-foundation/foodbanks/ for information referring to foodbanks

Always remember to be polite, courteous, honest, truthful etc.
