Hi Cynthia - you can 'invite others to join' again by going to users and permissions and putting in the member's email address. They will then need to follow the email link that gets sent to them and agree to be a member. This link will take them to their current Voice profile.

Your member is trying to create a new Voice profile by requesting membership, which is why they're being told there's somebody with the same details.
