I think I have fixed this. Oddly it was browser dependent. I usually use Firefox and the problem didn't show up, but in WebKit (Safari/Chrome) browsers you could land on the wrong URL when adding a new image with the image picker popup.

Many thanks.  All working smoothly now.

I did notice  that whenever I got the "page cannot be found" error message it was always taking me to the home page of the KEHS website.
