Have completed all the required boxes to send email and a message on the page says have been sent. But the individuals have not received an email.

Almost always the problem is that the email has been caught by the receiver's spam filter.
If you can let me know the email addresses that failed (email me rather than pasting in here) I can check if they sent.

In my case the invitees did get an invitation message but when they accepted nothing changed on the website. I want to make a member into an administrator but they are not even appearing as a member.
