Is this about the "Our Files" application? if so:

At Tewin Village we so still use the "download and archive" feature every month to keep a backup of folders of minutes. We have had to reload the whole set of minutes a few times, when the admin who upleads the minutes has had a fumble, and managed to delete all the folders.

We would be quite happy for only admins to see this feature. Or if is there another way to reinstate folders, please let me know.
