1: Chrome browser closes unexpectedly when save edits to an event

Hi 

A few times in the last few days I have experienced the Google Chrome browser closing down when I edit and save an event on the CVA cvalive.org.uk website . 
is this a problem for others? 

(Chrome Browser, Windows 11 OS - up to date).

I've never seen this happen. Is it just on events? All events, or on any particular event?
