As mentioned yesterday for us 2MFA is important.

Looking at the rest of your list, for us, I think prioities would be:-

Content Management

• Bulk management of Assets (e.g., select lots to move to a folder) Yes and I'd say bulk delete 
• Site Map tree can get very bit and unwieldy. Make this expandable/scrollable, or rethink how it works. YES and I would add the Assets library to get the same treatment. We have loads of images and documents and (due to poor management in the past - our fault!) it's hard to navigate the list which just appears in one (very long!) column

Backend/Admin

Allow multiple of the same apps to be created. - Yes please

Reports/Stats

We use google and never use Voice, so happy to see this dropped.
