I think the problem is with your DNS settings. Currently you have two entries:

www.hatfieldpeverelpc.com    83.136.248.56
www.hatfieldpeverelpc.com    94.136.40.82

However the second of these is not Voice's IP address. If you delete that second one, keeping only the first, then all should work much more smoothly.

Thanks

Joe I need urgent help! I've been trying to access my DNS settings but have realised that I'm not the admin. I tried amending the website name domain thinking if I added another one I could later cancel it but it wouldn't let me so I tried to cancel the action and now my whole website has dissappeared!

I can't even access it. The last screen that appeared was "Permission Denied" and now my website is inaccessible. Please help!

Not sure I can help - but do you mean that you can't access the dns provider or your website?

You can get to your website using the e-voice.org.uk/yourwebsitename - and then get access to the back end there if needed.

Hi Sorrel

Thanks for getting back to me. It's sorted now. I've got the website back online with the correct domain name so all good and have found out who will be able to change my IP address settings too. Sorry for the panic!!

Thanks

Janice
