It might be useful to state the maximum ZIP file size in the documentation.

Good suggestion, I've added details of the maximum upload size into the documentation, and ensured that Voicebot is fully trained on this matter!

For reference, the maximum upload size for any file on Voice is 100MB.

(It used to be 20MB back when storage space was much more expensive!)
