I'm getting the same Kathryn.

I'd added Voicebot into the admin pages to help site admins, but it was causing the error for sites with their own custom domain. My fault, sorry!

I've now removed Voicebot from the admin pages so all should be OK again.

Though it does mean you have to come here to the main site, or the documentation pages, to get AI assisted help!

Thanks

Hi Joe

I am experimenting with botsonic chatbot and got the forbiden error when I added the code into the raw footer html in look and feel.

Any advice on how to sort this?

Thanks

Yeah you have to put your domain name (or e-voice.org.uk if you don't have your own custom domain) into the Allowed Hosts options on the Connect settings page, just next to where you cut and paste the javascript to embed onto your site.
