A map is added to the site by default, and you can customise using the Contact information includelet.

4. Can Facebook be linked?

If you add it into your site settings it'll appear in the site footer.

5. Can you put in hyperlinks to other websites?

Yeah, adding links is easy.

6. Can you link in documents?

Yes, add them to the assets library then add links into your pages.
