1: Pdf not showing on cvalive website

Hi.
I'm trying to make a pdf accessible to the public.
I can see it when I'm logged in
https://cvalive.org.uk/assets/documents/ability-presentation

but I get an error message: 
Failed to load PDF document.
when I try to view it as a member of the public.

is there a way to resolve this?

This is a bug in the caching in Voice, and isn't your fault. It's been seen with images sometimes too.

I think I know what is causing it and will make some changes and hopefully it'll go away and all start working great and fast again!

In the meantime if people spot that content isn't loading properly when you aren't logged in then please let me know, either on here or by emailing admin@e-voice.org.uk and I'll investigate it for you.
