1: Changing from Modern theme - can't find test site

I'm just starting to work on using a different theme and I understood that all our sites were available on the test site? When I try to access https://e-voice.org.uk/4430/friendsofloxleycemetery/ it says Page not found.

 

Have I got the correct url?

Not quite, it's a : before the 4430, not /

So: https://e-voice.org.uk:4430/friendsofloxleycemetery/
