1: Site Icon problem

When I create a shortcut to my site from my browser, the e-voice trumpet man icon is set as the icon for the shortcut.

Is there any way that I can specify a different icon.  I would really like to use the site icon to the logo given in Your Logo in the Look and Feel tab

The ability to upload your own favicon (as it is known) is on the To Do list.

It would use a different image than the logo, uploaded separately, because the favicon really needs to be square(ish) and most logos are not. Often a site might want just a part of their logo to be the favicon.
