As mentioned elsewhere, if you'd like a grid of images with captions which open larger when clicked, you can try out the Photo Album or Related Image Gallery includelet.

There's an example here.

Hi, 

I am really new to this - just started today.  I really need to credit my images but I can neither find the SLIDER includlet or how to access wysiwyg for the figcation nor do I know how to use HTML.  Has there been a solution since 2022?
