I'd like to put captions underneath  some images, for copyright or source acknowledgments. Web search suggests the <figure> tag, but if I use it in the HTML ediotr, it is stripped out.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you

Norman

Have tried using the SLIDER includelet? Captions can be added underneath or to the side.

I have now added figure and figcaption as allowable tags in the wysiwyg editor. You'll need to add them in the HTML source.

As suggested, you could also try the Slider includelet (or a photo gallery).

I also have it on my todo list to add captions into the Related Image Gallery includelet, which could be a useful addition for several users.

Thanks

Thank you, very helpful.

I investigated using the Slider includelet, but the default  text is quite large, and I haven't worked out how to reduce the font size yet.

Cheers,

Norman

As mentioned elsewhere, if you'd like a grid of images with captions which open larger when clicked, you can try out the Photo Album or Related Image Gallery includelet.

There's an example here.

Thanks
