I have added a discussion 'tab' for our members. But it's not allowing anyone else than us as admin to add a discussion.
What have I done wrong?

Admins can create Discussions, and Members can create posts within that, or reply to other posts.
So, taking these help forums as an example - the Discussions were created by me (Bug Reports, General Support, Hints and Tips, New Features), but you as a site member were able to post your question within it.
So - it sounds like it's working correctly! :-)

Ok, I understand Admin can create the Discussions. Does it also mean Admin have to create the topics/subjects and members can post under them?
I thought Admin created the Discussion and members could create topics/subjects as needed.
Will go in and create topics I think is needed, if that is how the Discussion forum works here.
