Hi,

Sorry to see you've been presented with that list. There's obviously a bug with our presentation code.

To be able to fix it I'd like to see the problem myself. Could you tell me the list of actions I can carry out to reproduce being presented with that list, assuming I start from looking at the front page of your "Our Files" section.

It has randomly started again.

I select a file to copy or move, get offered the badly formatted list, go back and try again, it works.

Happened three times this evening.

Hi,

I see that this seems to be only happening occassionally to you but is there anything you can point at that makes the problem more likely to occur? From our testing so far we haven't been able to see this issue.

I merely do the browser back button and try the same move and sometimes it works, sometimes not. I have used no other action, done nothing other than back and try again.

As far as I can tell, you got the badly formatted list on Copy and the correctly formatted list on Move.

So, I've now fixed Copy to match Move so all should be well.
