A question was submitted to the Heatons and Reddish Area Committee regarding the adoption (and responsibility for roads and streetlighting) of the Heaton Manor Estate by SMBC.

It is understood that Bellway plan to complete remedial works in December. The Residents' Association Committee will continue to monitor the situation and follow up if required.
